Live sessions: Each trainee will work with me across 10 live sessions. These are run in a combination of group and one-on-one formats depending on the client needs. We will add sessions if required - the program does not end when the timer runs out, it ends when results are delivered.

Tangible checklist: The program covers nine steps of structured problem solving. Every session focuses on a checklist for one of these steps.

The learning cycle: Every session covers why each step matters, what good looks like, exercises, live feedback, and iteration.

Manager read-out: At the close of the training, managers receive a debrief of the program including strengths and areas to continue to reinforce.
